07-Nov-2007 -- I was returning to Concord, NC from a trip to Louisiana where I recorded geocache finds in the last state (for me) east of the Rockies. With some extra time on my hands it occurred to me that I had not found a confluence in a number of years, so lets see what's along I-85. Bingo! So I plotted it on my DeLorme Street Atlas on the laptop and headed on in. My GPS put me right in front of the garage door of this residence. Tonight I find it interesting that most of the other visitors seem to pinpoint the confluence further away from the garage. Mission accomplished.
