14-Nov-2009 -- While being on the way to Berlin I took the chance to visit the Confluence Point 52N-13E on the former military airport “Altes Lager”. The approach by using the main road B102, the finding of the area and the parking was no problem.

From the passing road “Niedergörsdorfer Allee” and the parked car there, it were only about 145 meters to the CP. You can walk straight through because the ground is not agricultural in use. About one meter next to the Confluence is a oak tree growing. By the time of the year it was leafless. Caused by this and the only partly covered sky I had a really excellent radio reception with a precision of two meters. Next to the tree trunk are remains of ferroconcrete. But surely it has nothing to do with the location of that Confluence or has it?.

The usage of the old shelters is very interesting. In a distance of circa 250 meters are two shelters. One is converted into a leisure center the other into a skater place.
