Wir übernachten in Moletai im Hotel mit Restaurant. Die nächsten Tage soll es, für unsere Verhältnisse, sehr kalt werden und ich mache mir Gedanken ob das Kühlwasser in meinem Bus dafür ausgelegt ist.

Am Morgen versuchen wir ohne Erfolg eine kleine offene Werkstatt zu finden, in der man das prüfen könnte. In der gefundenen Werkstatt entscheiden wir gemeinsam das in Europa rote Kühlwasserflüssigkeit überall für die gleichen Minusgrade ausgelegt ist.

Wir fahren auf kleinen Straßen bis auf 150 m Luftlinie an den Nullpunkt heran. Dieser liegt auf einem fest gefrorenen Feld.

Weiter fahren wir zu einem Mittelpunkt Europas. Der liegt jedoch etwas abseits der Straße und wir verpassen eine Möglichkeit zum Abstellen des Autos. Es ist kalt und schneit und wir wollen nicht wenden..

Dann fahren wir zum Skulpturenpark ( https://www.europosparkas.org/ ) und hoffen auf ein offenes Kaffeehaus.

Am Parkplatz steht bereits ein Auto. Am Eingang spricht uns eine Frau über Lautsprecher an und erklärt wie wir mit der Kreditkarte Eintritt bezahlen sollen. Sie sagt, dass Café ist offen!

In dem Gelände gibt es viele, zum Teil sehr sehenswerte Skulpturen. Wir laufen in zwei größeren Runden unterbrochen durch den Besuch des Cafés und sehen einige davon.

Für die Silvesternacht haben wir uns in Vilnius eingemietet und gehen am Abend zu einer Aktion ins Lukiškės-Gefängnis. https://www.lukiskiukalejimas.lt/pasivaiksciojimai/en/home-eng/

Am Morgen starten wir ein Stück gen Westen zu unserem letzten Confluenzpunkt dieser Fahrt.

We spend the night in Moletai at a hotel with a restaurant. The next few days are supposed to be very cold by our standards, and I wonder whether the coolant in my bus is designed for this.

In the morning, we try unsuccessfully to find a small open workshop where we could have this checked. In the workshop we find, we decide together that the red coolant used throughout Europe is designed for the same sub-zero temperatures.

We drive on small roads to within 150 meters straight line distance. This is located on a frozen field.

We continue on to one Center of Europe. However, it is a little off the road and we miss an opportunity to park the car. It is cold and snowing, and we don't want to turn around.

Then we drive to the sculpture park (https://www.europosparkas.org/) and hope to find an open café.

There is already a car in the car park. At the entrance, a woman addresses us over a loudspeaker and explains how to pay for admission with a credit card. She says that the café is open!

There are many sculptures on the grounds, some of which are well worth seeing. We walk two large loops, interrupted by a visit to the café, and see some of them.

In the morning, we set off westwards to our last confluence point of this trip.
