26-Apr-2004 -- We left the town of Skierniewice heading towards Lowicz on the road no 70. In place called Belchow where the main road turns right we turned left to some lateral road. After crossing the river Skierniewka or (Lupnia) and the rail track we reached two villages which are placea at the same road: Stachlew is on the left hand side while Polesie on the right hand side.

Heading straight we got to the forest. We left the car and walked further. After few hundred meters the GPS showed that we are about to reach the confluence. We arrived to the field of winter corn and then we got to the boundary of this field. Going along it we reached the place where the GPS showed us an intersection of 52°N and 20°E. This place is in the young forest. We made a photo documentation and returned to the car. It was a nice spring day when so many birds enjoyed also our small success.

26-Kwie-2004 -- Wyjechaliśmy ze Skierniewic w kierunku Łowicza drogą nr 70. W miejscowości Bełchów, gdy główna droga skręca w prawo, zjechaliśmy w lewo w drogę podporządkowaną. Po przejechaniu przez most rzeki Skierniewki, (Łupni), oraz torów kolejowych dojechaliśmy do dwóch wsi położonych przy jednej drodze: Stachlew po lewej stronie drogi i Polesie po prawej stronie drogi.

Jadąc dalej prosto dojechaliśmy do lasu. GPS wskazuje, że jesteśmy blisko. Zostawiamy samochód i po przejściu kilkuset metrów leśną drogą zbliżamy się do pola porośniętego oziminą. Okrążamy pole i idąc miedzą zbliżamy się do przecięcia, które wypada w młodniku. GPS wskazuje 52N i 20E. Robimy dokumentację fotograficzną i wracamy do samochodu słuchając wiosennego koncertu ptaków.
