01-Nov-2010 -- Continued from 24N 13E.

We bagged this Confluence only 3 hrs after 24N 13E, and a smooth ride over gently undulating sand dunes. Someone, possibly oil surveyors, had marked this Confluence before us with a metal pole 300 m off the exact location.

Except from beautiful red coloured dunes which get increasingly higher from SE to NW, the only spot worth telling in this area is the Col d'Anaj 50 km NW, one of the very few motorable passes from Messak Mellet plateau across the unmarked border down to Algeria in the West.

Continued at 27N 14E.
