#1: Looking North

(visited by Larry Peake and Alison Drummer)

01-Sep-2006 -- On the return from a field visit to the WG crew recording truck that was working in the area, Ali mentionned that we would be passing by a confluence point which was visited a few days earlier. It was just 500 m off the main track back to our basecamp location.

Driving straight to the point, we took the necessary photos and I stopped and added my name to the list of people already having visited this point! Seems quite a popular spot!

Having been now introduced to the Degree Confluence Project there will be no stopping now. Even if it is just to annoy Dave Morrison!
