08-Apr-2024 -- While in the Dallas area for the total solar eclipse, I had to revisit this easy and distinctive Degree Confluence Point - in the aptly-named “Convergence Office Park”. I arrived just 1.5 hours before totality. I had originally planned to watch the eclipse from here, but decided instead to drive about 1 hour South to the town of Ennis, Texas, to experience a longer period of totality (more than 4 minutes).

Unfortunately this point lies in controlled airspace, so I wasn’t able to send up my drone to get an aerial view.
