13-Nov-2004 -- Nach dem erfolgreichen Besuch von 41N 34E bin ich auf der Hauptstraße weiter Richtung Samsun gefahren. Nach kurzer Fahrt war ich schon bei meinem nächsten Confluencepunkt.

Von der Hauptstraße geht links eine Straße weg, die ins Dorf führt. Vor einer kleinen Brücke geht es rechts auf eine holprige, ungeteerte Straße. Dort muss man sehr langsam und vorsichtig fahren, da die Straße normalerweise nur von Traktoren benutzt wird und deshalb sehr tiefe Fahrrinnen hat. An einer Wasserpumpstation habe ich mein Auto abgestellt und bin dann links über einen abgeernteten Acker. Hinter diesem Acker befindet sich ein zweiter Acker und dort ist der Punkt.

Am Hang hinter dem Acker befindet sich ein Haus. Als ich meine Fotos gemacht habe, kamen Leute aus dem Haus. Erst nach mehrmaligem Rufen und Winken kam eine Frau mit einer Tochter zu mir herunter zum Confluencepunkt. Ich habe ihnen alles genau erklärt, aber sie waren sehr kritisch. Ich habe sie gefragt, ob sie mit mir gemeinsam auf das Visitorbild möchten, was sie aber entschieden verneint haben. Sie sind dann gleich wieder gegangen. Bisher waren die Leute, die ich bei Confluencepunkten getroffen habe immer sehr nett und haben mich gleich zu sich nach Hause eingeladen. Ganz anders hier am Punkt 41N 35E.

Na ja, ich bin dann zurück zum Auto und weiter in Richtung meines nächsten Punktes 41N 37E gefahren.

13-Nov-2004 -- After the successful visit of 41N 34E I continued driving along the main road towards Samsun. Only after a short drive I arrived at my next confluence point.

A street is branching off left from the main road, which leads into the village. Before arriving at a small bridge, another bumpy, unpaved road branches off to the right. There it was necessary to drive very slowly and cautiously, because the road is usually only used by tractors and therefore it has very deep grooves. At a water pumping station I parked my car and walked left over a harvested field. Behind this field was another field, and there is the confluence point.

On the slope behind the field was a house. When I had taken my photos, some people came out of the house. Not until I had shouted and waved several times, a woman with her daughter descended towards me at the confluence point. I explained them everything in detail, but they were very critical. I asked them whether they would like to pose with me for the visitor photo, but they refused decidedly. They left soon after. Until now, all the people that I had met at confluence points had been very polite and immediately had invited me home to them. What a difference here at 41N 35E!

Well then! I returned to my car and continued driving to my next confluence point 41N 37E. (GK)

Coordinator's Note: There is now enough evidence based on the other visits to this Confluence that the visitor did not get to the WGS84 confluence as required. Most probably he had his GPS receiver set to another map datum. Therefore this visit had to become downgraded to "incomplete" subsequently.
