21-Jul-2001 -- This confluence lies on the Canada-USA border. I decided to attempt it the day I dropped my daughter off at the nearby Stillwood Camp. My friend Don Beaton was sending his daughter to the same camp, so we drove together.

At the camp, from Don's GPS, we could tell we were close to the confluence point, but the steep mountain side and dense forest prevented us from making an effort to hike to the point.

After dropping off our daughters, we spent some time driving around the badly-mapped area roads, trying to get closer to either 49N and/or 122W, but finally gave up.
