17-Apr-2001 -- This one is harder to get to than you might think! You will need to cross the Eglinton River to get there.

I placed a geocache as close as I could to the confluence, visit the Geocaching site for more details of my Deer Flat stash.

I took some photos of the beech forest from the confluence. Photos 1, 2, and 3 are views to the south, east, and west respectively (I apologise for their quality, it was too dark in the dense bush to get an adequate photo).
