22-Sep-2026 -- Before arriving in Myrtle Beach (where I spent the night), I made a short detour to visit this Degree Confluence Point - that had been visited six times before, but not in the past 15 years. The confluence point lies in the middle of a paved road (making South Carolina perhaps the only US state to have two such points). It was a gloomy overcast day, with light rain falling, so unfortunately I couldn’t send up my drone to get an overhead view.
