En juin 2026, j'ai traversé la France d'ouest en est à vélo le long du 47°N parallèle afin de visiter les points de confluence. Le 10 juin, je suis arrivé au point 47°N,5°E, 8ème point de mon périple.

Le point est situé dans un champ à 100m de la piste d'accès agricole. Je suis arrivé depuis Corberon au nord.

J'ai laissé mon vélo sur le bord du chemin et je suis rentré dans le champ. En ce début juin, les pousses (peut-être du soja) sont assez petites, et j'ai pu les éviter jusqu'au point exact. J'ai pris rapidemment les photos sans m'attarder car une averse approchait. Le nuage visible sur la photo de l'ouest en atteste.

In June 2026, I cycled across France from west to east along the 47th parallel north to visit the confluence points. On June 10th, I arrived at point 47°N, 5°E, the 8th point of my journey.

The point is located in a field 100m from the farm access road. I arrived from Corberon in the north.

I left my bicycle at the edge of the road and entered the field. At the beginning of June, the seedlings (perhaps soybeans) were quite small, and I was able to avoid them until I reached the exact point. I quickly took the photos without lingering because a downpour was approaching. The cloud visible in the photo to the west confirms this.
