10-Октября-2024 – Ранее 47°N 85°E.

Это была третья попытка. Мы решили доехать до базы отдыха "Слияние" на реке Малая Ульба, далее на лодке сплавиться до впадения в нее речки Тесная и прогуляться примерно 1.5 км.

До базы дорога сложная и желательно для автомобилей с 4WD. На базе мы никого не застали, чтобы узнать обстановку, а река в это время оказалась мелкой и несудоходной (торчали небольшие камни из воды). Место конечно живописное и спокойное для отдыха.

На этот раз тоже только попытка. Но главная задача была выполнена, удачное посещение "крутых" и очень живописных конфлюенций 47°N 84°E и 47°N 85°E!!!

10-Oct-2024 – Previous 47°N 85°E.

This was the third attempt. We decided to drive up to Sliyaniye outdoor basecamp on the Malaya Ulba river from where we could boat down the river to the confluence with the Tesnaya river, and then walk for about 1.5 km.

The road to the basecamp is rough, so 4x4 is highly desirable there. There was no one in the basecamp whom we could talk to, and the river itself turned out to be shallow and non-boatable this time of the year (exposing some boulders on the water surface). The camp site is a quiet and scenic place lending itself to good relaxation.

This try was nothing but another attempt. However, the ultimate mission of hitting really tough and beautiful confluences 47°N 84°E and 47°N 85°E was accomplished with total success!!!
