(visited by Ross Finlayson)

13-May-2019 -- Driving on I-80 from North Platte, Nebraska to Omaha today, there were four possible Degree Confluence Points - along the 41 Degree North line of latitude - that I could have visited. I decided to skip [41,-100] and [41,-99], as these points appeared to be close to farm houses. However, I decided to visit this easy point, which lies in a corn field (currently fallow), just 0.1 miles West of a major paved highway (Nebraska Highway 14). There was plenty of room on the side of the highway to park, and no fencing; I was able to walk directly to the point.
