#1: The confluence point lies in a (currently unused) farm field. (This is also a view to the South.)

(visited by Ross Finlayson)

12-May-2019 -- Before stopping for the night in North Platte, I first visited the Golden Spike observation tower at Bailey Yard - the world’s largest train yard. I then made a quick detour South to visit this easy, but boring Degree Confluence Point, which lies in a farm field, just 100m East of Hershey-Dickens Road. There’s really not much more to say about this point; it really is quite unremarkable.
