01-Mär-2011 -- Eine Fahrt nach München stand am 01.03.11 an und es war logisch, dass die zu erreichenden Punkte besucht werden mussten. Meine Freundin und ich führen früh los, um als erstes den Punkt 49N 12E zu besuchen. Wir fuhren bis Regensburg auf der A93 und bogen dann auf die A3 Richtung Nürnberg ab. Gleich die erste Abfahrt – Sinzing herunter und weiter in Richtung unseres Punktes. Den Feldweg, den wir uns bei Google maps herausgesucht hatten, fanden wir auch und wir fuhren bis zum Waldrand. Dort stellten wir das Auto ab und gingen die letzten 600 m zu Fuß.

Dies war eine gute Entscheidung, da der Waldweg abschüssig und teilweise völlig vereist war, so dass wir mit dem Auto Schwierigkeiten mit dem Rückweg gehabt hätten. Der Punkt befindet sich gleich neben dem Weg und mitten im Confluence Dancing wurden wir skeptisch von einer Spaziergruppe älterer Menschen betrachtet. Der Punkt war gefunden, die Fotos gemacht und weiter ging es Richtung München.

01-Mar-2011 -- A trip to Munich on 1^st March 2011 was upcoming. It was logical to visit the points in reach of the route. My girlfriend and I started out early to visit the first point at 49N 12E. We went to Regensburg on the A93 and then turned on the A3 towards Nuremberg. At the first exit - Sinzing - we left and continued in the direction of our point. We took the dirt road which we picked out at Google maps to the forest edge. There we parked the car and walked the last 600 m on foot.

This was a good decision, because the forest path was steep and partially completely frozen, so that we would have had trouble with the car the way back. The point is located just off the road and right in the Confluence Dancing we were observed with scepticism by a walking group of older people. We found the point, took the photos, and on we went to Munich.
