06-Oct-2009 -- This is probably one of the easiest confluences I have done. Parking at the westernmost edge of Mission Drive, it was a simple 300 meter hike up a mildly sloped hillside to reach the confluence point.

There was some evidence of people at the site (empty water bottle, empty beer can, etc.) but otherwise it was relatively undisturbed.

The area is very close to suburbia. I have left a photocopy of a sign of a development permit, but apparently this has expired with the financial crisis and massive foreclosures in the Las Vegas area.

The only other comment I will make is that it would be more interesting to see what this area would look like in a flash flood environment.
