#1: It's in there!

(visited by Phil Sharpe and Dawn Sharpe)

30-Dec-2007 -- We haven't done much confluencing recently so it feels good to chalk this one up after so long. We have just returned home to Leicester after staying in a Cottage at Three Cliffs Bay in 'The Gower' over the new year period. Although 52N 5W isn't exactly on the doorstep it close enough to give an excuse to visit.

We followed the direction given by another visitor which were spot on. The fun and games start once out of the car and you try to get to the exact spot! It appears to be hidden amongst the brambles in the overgrown bit of wasteland which the road oxbows around. Even in winter with no leaves on the trees, once in the undergrowth it was impossible to get All Zeros so I had to settle with being a few seconds out.

The photo which was as close as I got was taken from behind the wall were the telegraph pole is.

Note: If you visit here be careful of the sheets of glass under foot dumped and hidden by all the leaf litter.

Coordinator's Note: Please note that this point is in the back garden of a private residence, I would encourage you to seek permission from the home owner first.
