12-Nov-2005 -- 二零零五年十一月十一日，张志士和程宏伟，十八点三十分，从安徽合肥驾车出发，过六安，晚饭后向河南省潢川县进发，于晚上二十二点十分，住进潢川县政府招待所休息。

十一月十二日，早饭后八点，二人从县城出发，向南直奔卜塔集乡，九点到达庙庄，将车放在道边，徒步向西南方向进发寻找交汇点，途中过一农户时遭狗袭击，穿过树林一片，翻越丘陵数个，于上午九点四十到达秦集村镇湾小队，穿过公路，在水稻田中找到交汇点。

12-Nov-2005 -- At 6:30 p.m. on 21 November 2005, Zhang Zhishi and Cheng Hongwei set out from Hefei in Anhui, drove through Liu'an, entered Huangchuan County in Henan Province after dinner, and checked into the Huangchuan County Government Guesthouse at 10:10 p.m.

At 8 a.m. on 22 November, after breakfast, the two of us set out from the county capital and headed due south to Botaji Township, arriving in Miaozhuang at 9 a.m.. Parking on the side of the road, we set off on foot in a southwesterly direction towards the confluence. We passed a farmhouse where we were attacked by a dog, then passed through some woods, crossed several knolls, and at 9:40 a.m. arrived at Wanxiaodui in Qinjicun Town. We crossed a road and found the confluence in a rice paddy.
