09-Apr-2005 -- This is my first visit for the degree confluence project. I live in Kawasaki-city just south side of Tokyo Metro. I had a trip to Atami spa located 30Km far from this point. I drove my car and passed Shuzenji and parked the car on the side of road. My GPS indicated that it was 90m north from the target point. I walked down the road , crossed a small river and crimb up into a small reentrant, and easy to react the target point. It was in the rough cedar forest and good to walk. I could not find any sign who had visited before. I took photos and went back to my car.
