(visited by Rod Kevill, Sandra Kevill, John Kevill and Mariane Kevill)

22-Apr-2005 -- This was Day 1 (Friday) of our Anzac Day weekend trip to attempt 4 confluences between Sandstone and Carnegie Station (S27 E120, S27 E121, S26 E122 and S26 E123). The party consisted of my wife Sandy and I, and my brother John and his wife Mariane.

We left Mt Magnet and drove east, stopping for a brief look at London Bridge, a natural rock bridge near Sandstone , then continued north east to Yeelirrie Station. I had phoned Gil, the manager, during the week for permission to use the station tracks, and he had given us permission on behalf of Albion Downs as well. At Community Bore, we headed west, then north west along tracks to within about 900m of the confluence. A short walk over red sand dunes and spinifex brought us to the intersection where we took the usual photos. Returning to Community Bore, we continued north to Wiluna, refuelled, and made our way east to the turnoff to Barwidgee Station for the next confluence.
