27-Oct-2013 -- Comes from50°N 1°E.

Been on vacation in Europe to visit my son, as every confluence hunter I took the opportunity and visited 12 Confluences (one incomplete) including one in France not visited so far.

After having hunted the Confluence 50°N 1°E the previous day, we spent the night in Dieppe to enjoy the nocturnal beauty of the city and its restaurants. Today we checked out very early from the hotel and after a good breakfast we started to travel to 49°N 1°E.

The forecast for today was that a storm would be unleashed, but before going to our goal, we took a stroll along the coast of Normandy and we got closer to the beautiful village Veules-les-Roses, with the beautiful streets and characteristic cliffs of Normandy.

We continued to travel to Saint-Valery-en-Caux, but upon arrival the storm started and we decided to go to the Confluence. We headed south on the D20 road, then by the A150 and A13 where we made a short stop to prepare a quick lunch on the road.

We continued south along the N154 Highway, N155 went through the town of Évreux, taking exit from the D830 highway which would bring us closer to the Confluence. Finally, we took the D74 road and the farm road Rue des Mares and Allée des Fougères, where we parked the car on one side to start the walk.

It had rained recently, the ground was very slippery, so we walked slowly to avoid falling and in a few minutes we were already doing the glorious Confluence Dance. We took photos and soon returned to the car since it was making 5°C, and we still had to continue our trip to Paris, whose journey we took to talk about all the beauties that we had seen in this weekend.

Confluence hunting sequence continues at 49°N 5°E.
