07-Sep-2007 -- Fortgesetzt von N55° E012°

Der Punkt N56° E012° war der zweite von neunzehn besuchten Confluence-Punkten unserer Skandinavien-Tour im September 2007.

Von Süden kommend erreichten wir die Stadt Asserbo - in einer Wohngegend parkten wir unser Fahrzeug (bei N56 00.086 E12 00.060) und machten uns zu Fuß auf den Weiterweg. Der Weg, der auch viel von Radfahrern und Joggern genutzt wird, führte uns durch einen Mischwald zum eigentlichen Punkt. Auf Grund der dichten Bäume dauerte es eine Weile, bis wir den Punkt genau bestimmt hatten, auch der dort verstecke GeoCache "Confluence Point N56 E12" verlangte einiges an Suchen, schließlich fanden wir ihn jedoch.

Weiter ging´s in östliche Richtung zum dritten Punkt der Reise, N56° E013° auf dem schwedischen Festland.

N56° E012° was the second of nineteen confluence points we visited on our trip through Scandinavia in September 2007.

Coming from the south we reached the town of Asserbo. We parked our car in an urban area (at N56 00.086 E12 00.060) and took a walk to the nearby wood. The path is used by a lot of people for recreational use like jogging, horse riding or bicycling. Due to the dense forrest it took us a while to get an precise position on the GPS receiver and also the geocache "Confluence Point N56 E12" didn´t reveal itself without some serious searching of the area.

We went back to the car and continued our journey eastwards to the third point of our trip, N56° E013° which is located on the Swedish mainland.
