#1: LA CONFLUENCIA/ The Confluence

(visited by Javier Valles and Angel Villanueva)

English

10-Aug-2007 --

10-Aug-2007 -- This day I decided to visit with the company of Angel, a friend, three confluences located in the provinces of Salamanca, Cáceres and Toledo, and of step to do something of tourism and to cross places in which it did not have been in many years.

This confluence was near Plasencia, by the highway that goes to Navalmoral de la Mata. Concretely the confluence is located next to the dam of Malpartida de Plasencia I. The point this within an enclosure to about 80 ms of the highway.

Like in the previous confluence in Salamanca, we also had luck of which had not cattle, because the land was a meadow and we were something worried, because the previous visitors of the confluence could not be approached the exact point that this under the shade of an oak.

Before visiting this point, we were taking a walk and eating by Plasencia, a pretty city with several and outstanding monuments and places, like the cathedrals, their squares, etc.
