10-Jan-2006 -- As part of our trip around Australia, we came way too close to this confluence to give it a miss. In fact, we drove to within a couple hundred metres to it and that's when I hopped out of the car while the rest of the family waited. It was just a short walk in an empty field or maybe it belongs to someone who grows prickles commercially and very succesfully. My socks were saturated with them in no time but the inconvenience was soon forgotten when I found the spot.
