25-Jul-2005 -- Although it is always easier to follow the steps of others that to be the first ones, we had interest in visiting this confluence so much for last time (4 years) like for the season (summer instead of winter).
So the day of our pattern's festivity (25 of July), we went to the confluence following the steps of our predecessors. For we use it a receiving GPS RN-600 together to a PDA and a roading software that soon had to stop to use so much to the antiquity of the program like of the importance of the roads, not represented in many moments of the route.

Nevertheless we could find the quarry where we parked the car, on foot starting point (it was really a remote area beside the highway of which they toke out the necessary sand to make the highway), and we go until the fork straying of the highway toward a path among mounts in address SW (beginning in W7.59.60), aprox. to 1-1,5 km of our destination and a half hour on the way (our predecessors possibly began more the road to the south). Soon we find a barrier and, fortunately, more roads. At the beginning we are to the right the view reflected in the first image (although we had left 800 zig-zag meters at least in address SW.

For the characteristics of the place and for the signs we supposed that we were in a hunt limit. We skirt a forest of eucalyptuses and finally we found a creek that we cross without problems. The following reference point went some big stones to both sides of the road until we already ascended to an esplanade to scarce meters of our destination.

Once in him, to 793 meters high according to our navigator, we try to make those "zeroes" in north address, but we decided not to make it before the great hostile vegetation in the area that had put under an obligation to cut the less ones 5 to 10 overgrowth meters. We could check that as much to this as to west somebody had worked a road that could be so much local as of firewalls that didn't appear in the pictures of the previous visitors, it is possible that following those roads we had arrived to another secondary highway. Nevertheless, although we went forewarned and equipped with a sickle, following the related road, it was not necessary.

Lastly we admire the beautiful view of the town, in spite of the cloudy day, concordant with the picture of our predecessors. We returned on our steps and we went to eat up some chops to the town to restore forces before continuing with our trip.
