(visited by John Wightman, Leony Wightman, Garth Diers, Gail Diers and Pam Shelton)

27-Dec-2007 -- We are a large group of South African travellers picking up our African trip where we left off in 2005 in Gabon (where we reached 0 11E). Our expedition can be followed on www.saharanadventure.com. On 27 December we were driving along a scenic gravel road between Foumbang and Ngaoundéré and decided to visit 7N 13E as it was so close to the main road (only 340 m!)

We parked up and walked down a grassy slop. There was a herd of cattle, otherwise no people around. Leony Wightman, Garth Diers, Gail Diers, and Pamela Shelton were present. Juno and Moon King went on with Karl and Erna Rosch to look for a campsite nearby.
