16-Jul-2017 -- Vorher: 54°N 10°E.

16-Jul-2017 -- Previous point: 54°N 10°E.

We take a short break in Rostock to meet friends for a coffee. A "parade against homophobia in the world" takes place in the city. With the motto "Russia Come out", the protesters of the Christopher-Street-Day in Rostock show solidarity with gays and lesbians in Russia.

In wonderful weather we reach the boat rental in Loddin. The lender takes a look at the clock and we get a motorboat for an hour. Within this hour, we cover the 2200 meters to the confluence point and back and drive many circles around the spot.

Note for future visitors: It is best to drive as slowly as possible on a straight line over the confluence point and catch the "zeros" in the picture. Circling leads to nothing, even with rowing.

After we have returned the boat, we quickly drive to the other side of the island and take a short bath in the Baltic Sea with the last rays of sunlight. Afterwards we go back to the boat rental. For dinner, we have freshly smoked fish with fried potatoes and afterwards we watch, together with many other visitors, a wonderful sunset from the specially built observation tower.

At night, we drive to the small harbor in Ostklüne where we can park and use the sanitary facilities in the morning. Sunday we go home and now there is only one confluence point in Germany waiting for us.
