09-Oct-2018 -- Before: 42°N 1°W.

We were coming straight from the east at a good speed. We found the way through Cervera del Río Alhama and drove through an indescribable landscape over a ridge towards our CP. We parked a few hundred meters before the valley and climbed to the left over the ridge to the slope, where the zeros are to be caught in the GPS.

On the ridge behind the village in the valley there is a chain of windmills and we mistakenly thought that the track that leads to them also has a connection to the Spanish road network. We made our small rental car go up the steep rise only to realize that the way was there only because of the windmills. Thus we went back some km again. Now we recognized also the large surfaces where the parts of the windmills were stored.

After this visit, we went directly to Bilbao and later to Donostia San Sebastioan where we met friends.
