17-Sep-2005 -- Continued from
33N 73E.
We drove to Multān Khurd crossing Chakwāl, Talagang, and Tamman. The road was being maintained from Chakwāl to Talagood , it take a little more then last time.
Talagang, 45 kilometers west of Chakwāl on the Chakwāl-Miānwāli road, is the second largest town of the district, it covers an area of 26 square kilometers. The culture of Talagang is the same as that of Chakwāl, though a little more rural.
We reached at Multān Khurd at about 2:30 pm. From there it took half an hour to reach the place called Hakīmā Da Dehra (which means Doctor's Place). The Hakīm family is serving the people with their health problems for the last 150 years, one of the family member helped us on a new path (different from the last visit). His name was Bin Yamīn.
We take the snaps and return to the road. In the way back, we stayed at mosque and offered our prayers; the well water was very sweet to drink. We returned back to Talagang at 5:45 pm. In the way back, we turned to Motorway (M2) and reached Islāmābād at about 8:00 pm.
The next plan is to go to 34N 72E and 34N 73E on Sunday.
