27-Feb-2012 - On June 23, with Martín, Eli and I visited Azul City, the place where our great-grandfathers were born. We stayed at ”Chacras de Azcona” Hostel, a warm and calm place 2 km from the city.

So Sunday morning after some mates we started our travel to visit this confluence. We made about 30 km, parked our vehicle and crossed a soya field to reach the ”Del Azul” Stream. Martin took off his clothes and was the first to cross, stucked into deep water up to the waist. Elisa and I found a natural bridge 20 meters away so, again, crossed the deep stream without even wetting our shoes. Finally, walking about 300 m from the other side by a chocolate mud spot we reached the Confluence Point, on solid ground. It's a classic Buenos Aires's confluence located within a grazing field.
