05-Dec-2014 -- My final Degree Confluence Point on this trip to Western Australia was this easy, but remote point. I could tell that I was in a remote region because the (few) paved roads were just a narrow strip down the centre of the road - which forces drivers to move left onto the dirt verge whenever they need to pass oncoming traffic.

After passing through the 'town' (effectively, a ghost town, from what I could tell) of Gutha, I took a couple of dirt roads to reach the confluence point, which lies in a farm field, just 75 m east of a dirt road. At the time of my visit, the field was bare, but I could see some stray wheat plants growing nearby, which told me that the field had a wheat crop sometime in the past.
