27-May-2018 -- While carrying out an evaluation of a USAID agricultural project we stayed in Blantyre over the weekend. With car and driver available, an accessible point close by and a spare day I could not resist a trip to the tea plantations around Thyolo.
The CP itself was just 50 m or so from the path so I have included John and Peter as visitors even though they declined the chance to visit .0000 .0000 .
The land at the point did not appear to have had a crop this season but there were some pigeon pea plants still around. As with my previous point in Malawi (14S 34E) I got covered in blackjack seeds. This time I picked them off my shirt but left the laundry to sort out my trousers - they did a great job!
